✈️ Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders, worldwide.

We partner with trusted international carriers (such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS) to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your security.

 

⏳ Production Time (Handmade to Order)

Since every piece at Anella Diamonds is 100% handmade to your specific requirements, please allow time for our master jewelers to craft your ring.

• Custom Production Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks.

• Once your jewelry is polished, inspected, and certified, we will ship it immediately.

 

📦 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our workshop, you can expect the following delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 

🌍 Customs & Import Taxes

We ship our jewelry internationally. Please be aware of the following regarding local taxes:

• Customer Responsibility: While we cover the shipping cost, Anella Diamonds does not cover any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be charged by your country’s customs department.

• Payment: These fees are determined by your local government and are usually collected by the shipping carrier prior to delivery.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
